Our client was on his motorcycle and due to an unsafe left hand turn by another vehicle our client collided with a car and flew over the hood. Our client ended up having arm surgery and a minor traumatic brain injury (MTBI). Once we were able to substantiate the injuries the insurance company quickly came to the table with the entire insurance policy limits. Our client is back on his feet and living his best life. He was able to return back to working full time. Great outcome for a deserving young client.
