Our client was side swiped by a semi-truck causing moderate damage to her vehicle. Defense initially denied liability blaming our client for being in a “blind spot” and then subsequently denied that the impact was strong enough to cause a lumbar injury. Our client had a minimally invasive back procedure that took away her pain. Our client was a lovely young lady who did wonderful at her deposition. This makes her a scary adversary for trial. Case was ultimately settled at mediation for a fair amount. Another satisfied client.
