Our client was picked up as a handyman to work on a roof at home. The homeowner provided a faulty ladder that fell with our client on it resulting in bilateral broken wrist and neck injuries. After extensive litigation on the civil liability aspects of the case the home owner’s insurance policy tendered their policy limits.
