This was a complicated case that was heavily disputed as to the nature and extent of injuries. Our client suffered injury to her shoulder and neck requiring shoulder surgery. When she came home from surgery she was in a sling and a neck brace and was given strong pain meds. Attempting to navigate her home that night she fell over a chair which caused numerous additional injuries and complications to her shoulder and neck.
