This was a products liability case and hybrid worker’s compensation claim. While exiting work our client was slammed by the automated security glass doors. She eventually needed lumbar surgery and a spinal cord stimulator. We settled the products liability case for $750,000 and our client has an ongoing workers’ compensation claim with her employer.
