Our client was a newspaper delivery man who was hit by car while doing his job. He sustained a mild traumatic brain injury (MTBI). Defense denied that our client had any relevant brain injury on account of no significant findings on any radiological scans. Our trial team developed a strategy and worked closely with the medical experts to explain these complex invisible injuries. Despite our best efforts to prove our case, we ultimately went to trial and won for our client.
