This was a tragic Semi-truck accident resulting in the untimely death of our client who had recently retired from the Kern County Sherriff’s office. Insurance company quickly offered the grieving widow $1.5M for her silence but she knew better. Adam Savin represented the family and demanded that every penny of insurance must be paid for starters as there is no amount to cover such a horrific loss. We were able to reach a resolution for our clients at Mediation. Our office continues to sponsor an annual charity golf tournament in our client’s name that that goes toward educational scholarships given to Wasco High School students heading into college.
